Harumi, of Japan, is one of my favorite makers.  Her organic work really touches something inside of me.  This exceptional Pico “Tulip” Art Knife has a diminutive blade of approx. 2.25″, OAL is approx. 5.25″. The satin finish on the blade is superb. Black Buffalo Horn was used for the handle and is inlaid with different colored pearl sculpted pieces.   There is a Sterling Silver escutcheon and adornment.  Domed 18kt. Gold Pins as well as very small pins compliment the scales. Silver Liners are present.

Truly the definition of an Art Knife and money well spent.
